  Called and tried to make an appointment. I was told "no you just need to come in, no appointment, and we can get you done right away." I explained that I would be about 20 minutes. "Please ma'am just come in." Drove all the way there... I was told "um it'll be about an hour and 15 minutes." I explained that I'd called and what I'd been told. "You called? Well you should have made an appointment." Needless to say I left.
